I bought a FoodSaver from Hsn for $150. I made my last payment on it this month. It is four months old. I'm selling it because I need a new printer. .
Anyway the FoodSaver came with 9 rolls of plastic to make the bags. It has a bag cutter feature. It can seal wet or dry ingredients or whatever you want to seal. For soups and such freeze it first. All you have to do is choose which one and turn it on. Press the button and that is all there is to it. You can also seal your potato chip bags. Keep them fresh. It comes with the plastic tubing so you can seal things in jars. I bought the FoodSaver wide-mouth jar sealer myself. I paid $10 for it at Amazon. At Walmart I bought the Faberware 3 piece canning set. It comes with a jar lifter, canning funnel and magnetic lid lifter. You can compress the jar lifter for easy storage. I paid $13.97 at Walmart. It works great and easy to use. Oh, it has two brackets to keep the plastic tubing hooked to the FoodSaver. The electrical cord wraps around a bracket to keep it under the FoodSaver and out of the way. Any other questions ask me. I went to HSN to get more information about it but they have sold out. They come in different colors. I chose the dark red because it goes with my kitchen. There is a Florida customer telephone number on the bottom of it.
